During the month of October, the Guascor Energy Training Center was bustling with activity, focusing intensively on essential training courses tailored for the operation and maintenance of various engine models: G-SL, G-SM, G-HM, and G-EM. These comprehensive courses provided in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience, ensuring that participants were well-equipped to handle the intricacies of these engines.
A noteworthy highlight of our activities was the #immersive ‘on-the-job’ #training program that spanned 25 continuous days. We conducted this intensive training initiative at a remote location in #Ecuador, where we collaborated closely with our esteemed #partner SERPRODIN S.A..
Together, we meticulously followed the maintenance R2 protocol for two specific engine units. This collaborative effort was not just about immediate solutions; it was about empowering our partners. By guiding SERPRODIN S.A. through the R2 checklist, we aimed to equip them with the skills and knowledge necessary to independently conduct R2 maintenance across their entire Guascor Energy engine fleet.
