Synergies and major challenges of the industry were protagonists at the World Maritime Week, a benchmark meeting that took place last week in Bilbao, Spain.

Our colleague Rosa Usarraga, Product Line Manager, participated at this international maritime sector event. Her conference, framed in SINAVAL, dealt with decarbonisation strategies.

She explained Guascor Energy’s experience in projects that use alternative gases as well as the research and development work that we are carrying out on hydrogen.

Maritime transportation is a significant contributor to global carbon emissions, and therefore, there is a growing need to explore alternative fuels in this field.
