Expanded HM engine portfolio meets strengthen emission standards in Northen European countries for Low-THC emission
In order to meet the increasingly stringent emission requirements set forth by Northen European Countries in the standards related with implementation of EU Medium Combustion Plant Directive for stationary gas engines, Guascor Energy has expanded its HM engine range by introducing a new configuration that aligns with the maximum emission limit for Total Hydrocarbons (THCs) established by current regulations, specifically 1300 mg/Nm³. This strategic enhancement reflects the company’s commitment to environmental responsibility and regulatory compliance, ensuring that its products remain at the forefront of sustainable energy solutions.
The newly developed engine configuration is available for both the G-42HM and G-56HM models operating at 1500 rpm. It is designed to perform efficiently across a variety of applications, including those powered by natural gas, landfill gas, and sewage treatment plant gas. This versatility allows Guascor Energy to offer a robust and adaptable solution for customers seeking reliable performance while adhering to strict environmental standards.
With this development we are able to fulfil this THCs emission legislation with all of our gas engine models of our series (SL, HM and EM).
