The Solution:
To achieve this, in addition to having large gas boilers of large steam tonnage (which replace the old coal boilers) they also have a cogeneration installation with two Guascor Energy G-86EM units of 2MWe each.

Electricity, steam and hot water are produced at different temperatures to supply the needs of the plant as well as to treat the condensate returns from the plant to be reused.

The engines work with exhaust condensation technology for the maximum use of residual heats, achieving global efficiencies of over 90% of the fuel used and with emissions below the requested limits both in Poland and in the European Union. This is another successful story of the Guascor Energy Engines contribution to the society well being and health.

Our local solutions partner Energotechnika has provided the turnkey project including the engineering and construction of the cogeneration plant based on Guascor Energy Engines with the highest quality standards to achieve the most optimal results.
